Besides our renowned hospitality, we offer our guests many tasty culinary specialities. Indeed, in our farm you will taste different dishes belonging to Emilia Romagna's old peasant tradition.
We have a wide range of home-made pasta: many kinds of raviolis - like, for example, cappelletti or pumpkin tortellini; gnocchi (a type of pasta consisting of small round balls made from flour and potato) with cottage cheese and spinach; pappardelle with beans sauce; and various other types of home-made pasta with delicious sauces.
In addition, we also offer many different kinds of grills, roast meats, and we produce home-made hams and salamis.
Finally, we have season vegetables, the famous piadina (a very tasty fried bread that is typical of our region), and home-made desserts like donuts, tarts, biscuits, trifles and many different kinds of ice creams.
