In the restaurant we proudly carry on the tradition and the typicality of Romagna
cuisine. Homemade pasta, piadina, roast, jams and dessert of our production,
without however denying some revisions and some novelty suggested by the
outside and fantasy of our chef.
The products used are, for the vast majority, from our plantation.
An important example is the flour with which we make pasta, which derives from the grain we give to Molino Benini.
